Last night all of Toronto’s glitterati was out in full swing at The ROM for CANFAR’s BSE, “The Party”. Alice and I made our way over to what was sure to be, the last big hoorah before we all settle into our holiday eating habits and the baggy sweaters that cover their tracks. With a theme like Old Hollywood, it was no surprise that we saw some of the best looks of the year pulled out under one roof.
Our favourite hometown boy, George Sully, founder of TCHAD Magazine with the lovely Natasha Sen. Morad Affifi, CEO of MRAketing. Brooklyn Brownstone, Designer Coordinator for the Fashion Design Council of Canada must have been channeling the same old Hollywood vision as I was. Love the pink! The always gorgeous and fabulous stylist, Alexis Honce, was rolling with the crew of the FDCC.
The FDCC party was helmed by none other than Toronto’s matriarch of fashion, Robin Kay. Our new Friend, Patrice Casey, freelance stylist, showed us a thing or two about how to work a room!
